Our cuisine is born from a simple principle: excellent raw materials , selected both from the Ligurian region and from top-notch producers from all over Italy. As one of our suppliers reminds us, our goal is to offer "rare and precious foods and wines."

The seafood takes center stage, with dishes showcasing fresh catches and creatively revisited traditional recipes. Carefully crafted meat dishes are also available, to satisfy every palate.

One of our strengths is the wood-fired oven , the beating heart of the restaurant: in addition to pizzas, we cook specialties such as anchovies, prawns and bruschetta , which acquire a unique flavour thanks to the direct cooking over the flame.

Our cellar , with over 300 labels , offers an oenological journey through great classics and sought-after bottles, perfect to accompany any dish.
